Birgitte Nagel Larsen
I specialise in Urban design and Landscape Architecture and have 14 years experience working on some of the most influential and exciting projects in Ireland, where I have lived since 2003.
Originally from Denmark I bring a background in Scandinavian Design and its benefits to urban culture to every project I work on and merge it with solid knowledge of Irish opportunities and conditions.
I studied architecture at Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark and Columbia University School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation in New York and in my final years specialized studies within the fields of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture.
I have significant experience with comprehensive designs for both large and small scale developments in urban and rural settings and have worked in architecture and landscape offices both in the US, Denmark and Ireland. Projects cover a wide range of scales in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
My clients include Developers, Architect and Landscape Architect offices as well as Local Authorities and I am currently teaching at the UCD School of Architecture, Planning & Environmental Policy in Dublin.
